Dear Subscriber,
|
 |
I pray that Thanksgiving found you feeling full of love
and gratitude. My clients and friends are certainly on my
gratitude list and I appreciate your place in my life. I
love the work that I do and I am excited to announce that I
am expanding it to include a website (yes, I'm finally
moving into this century!) In conjunction with that, I'll be
sending out email articles, tips and meditations on
occasion. I hope you enjoy them and that you will pass them
on to friends. Since Thanksgiving is the start of winter
holiday preparations for many people, this first email
includes a meditation to open the heart for meaningful
gift-giving.

Meditation for Meaningful Holiday Gift Giving
Holiday gift-giving is stressful for many families, both
because of the financial strain it may cause and because
of the time it takes to select, purchase and wrap gifts.
Additionally, many of us worry that our gifts will not
be adequate to express our feelings for the recipient,
or perhaps we feel pressured to give to people that we’d
rather not share ourselves with at all. The prospect of
shopping for long lists of people, some of whom we may
not even like, can certainly take away from the season’s
call to peace and simplicity. If you would like your
gift exchanges to be more meaningful this year, please
click here for a short exercise and meditation...
